What happens if I go over my client limit?: Essentials hard-caps at 25 active clients — you'll be prompted to upgrade to Growth. Growth, Scale, and Enterprise allow overage billing so you keep serving clients without interruption: Growth is $3.50/client past 75, Scale is $3.00/client past 200, and Enterprise is $2.50/client past your negotiated floor.
Is the family portal ever an extra cost?: Never. It's included at every paid tier, unlimited — no per-seat charges, no add-on fees. Family engagement is core to retention, not a monetization lever.
Can I change tiers anytime?: Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing — you'll only pay the difference for the days remaining in your current billing period.
